Shipping policy
Thank you so much for shopping with us! We’ve outlined our shipping details below so you know what to expect as your order makes its way to you.
Processing Time
- All orders are lovingly prepared and processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking information.
- During especially busy times—such as holidays, sales events, or new product launches—processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these seasons.
U.S. Domestic Shipping & Free Shipping
- We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more (before taxes and after discounts are applied).
- For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of the items in your cart. Exact shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
Print-on-Demand & Split Shipments
Some items in our shop are packed and shipped directly by our studio, while others are Print-on-Demand items fulfilled by our trusted print partners.
If your order includes both studio-shipped and print-on-demand items:
• Items may ship from different locations
• Your order may arrive in multiple packages
• You’ll receive separate tracking emails for each shipment
Carriers & Delivery Timing
- All orders ship from the United States via USPS.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once a package is in the care of USPS, we’re unable to control transit times and aren’t responsible for delays due to weather, postal disruptions, or carrier issues.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update once the package is in transit.
Shipping Addresses
Please be sure to enter an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
• The customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping
• We’re unable to replace or refund orders lost due to address errors
Damages & Issues
Please take a moment to inspect your order upon arrival. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us right away and we’ll do our best to make things right.
