Processing Time
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- High Volume Periods: During holidays, new product launches, or sales events, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.
US Domestic Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders with a subtotal of $100 or more (before taxes and after discounts are applied).
- Standard Rates: For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products in your cart. Specific rates will be displayed at checkout.
Print-on-Demand (POD) & Split Shipments
- Some items in our shop are "In-Studio" (shipped directly from us), while others are "Print-on-Demand" (fulfilled by our specialized print partners).
- Split Shipments: If your order contains both In-Studio items and POD items, they will ship from different locations.
- Multiple Packages: Your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times. You will receive separate tracking information for each package.
.Carriers & Delivery Estimates
- All orders ship from the United States via USPS.
- Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the destination and the shipping class selected.
- Carrier Delays: Please note that once a package is transferred to USPS custody, we no longer have control over the transit speed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or postal strikes.
Order Tracking
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Addresses
- Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
